ID Tag Specifications
I have been asked many times about the size and design of the tag. The exact size is 1 1/2" by 5/8". The holes are about 3/16" wide and are about 1/16" from the outside of the tag.
Design of the Tag
The design is simple and efficient. To develop the design I looked at what was currently for sale and noted what I didn't like. Then I measured all the shoes I could find and found a common size tag that will lace into almost all of them. (Tag will not work with Salomon shoes due to the continual cord lace feature common to that brand) The tag will lace into the bottom rung of your shoes and lay flat facing out. This way people will be able to see that you are wearing something on your shoe but it will never fall off or hinder your performance in any way. As a matter of fact, I promise you won't notice the tag is even there... until you need it!.	Tag In Shoe
Return Policy
Our return policy is simple, we deal with every return on a case by case basis but I will tell you right now, store credit is our underlying policy. -If you are unhappy with your tag because you made a type-o when submitting it then we will work with you to get you another tag at a reasonable cost. -If you are unhappy because WE made a type-o, we will gladly replace your tag free of charge... and let you keep the incorrect one. -If you are unhappy with the lights please contact us and we will be happy to work with you. Our basic goal is to make every Smart Jogger customer a happy and satisfied one. We will do any reasonable act to make this come true!
Group Orders
We love group orders! We happily work with running, school and religious groups to get tags on their feet. A safe runner is a happy runner in our book! Contact customerservice@smartjogger.com with specifics regarding your group for more information on group ordering and pricing. Basic Group Rules Pricing: You will get the best per unit price if you decide on one color and submit all of the text in electronic format 4-6 weeks before delivery. The larger the group, the more time we ask for. The bottom line is contact us and we will work out the details to meet your needs.
