Our return policy is simple, we deal with every return on a case by case basis but I will tell you right now, store credit is our underlying policy.
-If you are unhappy with your tag because you made a type-o when submitting it then we will work with you to get you another tag at a reasonable cost.
-If you are unhappy because WE made a type-o, we will gladly replace your tag free of charge... and let you keep the incorrect one.
-If you are unhappy with the lights please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
Our basic goal is to make every Smart Jogger customer a happy and satisfied one. We will do any reasonable act to make this come true!
